MILITANT
LANGUAGE
"In
the midst of the Iraq War, two American soldiers find themselves alone
at a desert construction site covered in blood. At their feet is a grave-
make shift- with a boy from the local village in it. And outside the
site? Outside are soldiers abusing one another, babies being found in
the sand and a village that is beginning to call for its son. And, of
course, the secrets that are beginning to be let out... A play about
responsibility, communication and desire. A play about what happens
when those three things crumble.
