ARDEN KASS is an award-wining playwright and
independent producer of her own interdisciplinary theatre pieces. Her plays have been produced by Multi-Stages, InterAct, Brat and Tapestry Theatres, Theatre Exile and others. A member of BMI Music Theatre Workshop in New York (librettist), Arden has written feature film scripts and poetry, published essays and features and taken pot-shots at life on WXPN Radio’s Morning Show. In 2005, she made three documentaries on rock stars for A&E TV. She is a member of the Drama Guild.

APPETITE
When a cookbook written by Hana’s mother during the Holocaust miraculously finds its way into her hands 27 years later, this successful middle-aged architect is forced to re-examine her relationship to her mother, her daughter, her past and her present. Can Hana bring herself to re-open a book she struggled for half her lifetime to keep closed?
