PlayPenn is collaborating with the Dramatists Guild Institute (DGI) to expand our educational classes this Spring. Our upcoming Summer 2025 semester represents the ethos of both professional development programs: theatre writers at all skill levels deserve affordable and rigorous training opportunities outside of traditional MFA programs.

PlayPenn classes foster a collaborative atmosphere where artists can bounce ideas off one another, share in the joys and challenges of the field, and be inspired by the renowned writers and industry professionals who lead each course.
