Dr. Hawkins has held executive positions with: Kurchner-Hawkins Associates, Intelligence for Social Policy at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy and Practice, MicroSociety, the “I Have a Dream” Foundation, the Ross School, the High/Scope Educational Research Foundation, and the State of Michigan’s Department of Education. He holds Ed.D. and M.A. degrees from Columbia University and a B.A. from Haverford College. He is a former board member of Art-Reach, CASA of Philadelphia County, the Lantern Theater, and Tiny Dynamite. He is an active board member of the National Giving Alliance, PlayPenn, and the Greenhill Farms Community Association. He has served on Haverford College’s Alumni Association Executive Committee.
