This summer, PlayPenn offers seven dynamic classes for theatre writers and makers, including intensives on submissions, song dramaturgy, and script revision; deep dives into musicals, dialogue, and disability representation; and a study of groundbreaking plays by visionary women.
We’re proud to continue our collaboration with The Dramatists Guild Institute to offer affordable, rigorous training for theatre artists at all stages of their careers. These classes are designed to support your growth as a writer or theatre maker, whether you’re submitting scripts, revising drafts, exploring new ideas, or deepening your understanding of the craft.
Flexible payment plans are available. We believe cost should never be a barrier to learning. If you need to set up a payment plan, please reach out to our Education Department or use the contact form on our classes page. We’re happy to work with you.
